Minecraft pros wanted by UK gardening site for landscaping advice
If you consider yourself an avid Minecraft gamer, you may be hired to provide professional advice on building game. UK garden shed review website WhatShed is expanding into virtual gardening and is looking for a Minecraft pro.
An ad on the website states that WhatShed is “trying to recruit a collective of virtual landscapers” to advise people who want to freshen up their Minecraft seeds. In this role, you will be expected to provide “creative solutions” to clients who will reach out to ensure that you are “staying within budget” and that your reasoning stands up to scrutiny. For every client you hire, multiple options are expected that will encourage everyone you work with to come back in the future.
Creativity, confidence, and a firm understanding of Minecraft are required to qualify, and it would be helpful if you understood gardening and landscaping in the real world as well. The job is remote as a person’s visit to Minecraft can thankfully be done anywhere you have an internet connection. You get “valuable experience” in dealing with customers and most importantly, you get “paid to play Minecraft”. Pay is £ 50 an hour and you apply through the company’s website.
WhatShed is the UK’s “leading website for all garden sheds for sale”. The description states that the point of sale is “Dedicated to eliminating confusion and providing a complete UK shopping guide for all the highest quality garden warehouses and storage sheds”.
There are certainly plenty of potential candidates in the Minecraft community, like the person who built their own fictional US city or the people who recreated Rohan from The Lord of the Rings. We can’t guarantee you’ll ever do it for money, but our guide to building a Minecraft castle could still help you hone your skills.
