Website hiring ‘Minecraft’ gardening consultants for virtual landscaping

March 11 (UPI) – A UK garden shed review website posted a job ad for an unusual position at $ 70 an hour: Minecraft Gardening Consultant.

WhatShed said the Minecraft Gardening Service consultants will be lending their video game and garden design skills to Minecraft players looking for a little help with landscaping in the game’s virtual world.

“Consultants can use their expertise to do great gardening while sticking to the player’s Minecoin (in-game currency) budget,” the company said.

The website said it was looking for candidates with a basic knowledge of Minecraft and a “creative flair.”

“Although this is not absolutely necessary, previous experience in landscaping is an advantage. A passion for horticulture / nature must also be proven,” says the job posting.

WhatShed said the consultants can work remotely and set their own rates, up to $ 70 an hour.

Applications are accepted at whatshed.co.uk/virtual-landscape-gardener-in-minecraft.
